Discovery
It starts with getting to know you. We learn what you and your family love, what frustrates you, and what the other people involved in the project need — so we understand what will make the system genuinely valuable to you.
Proposal development
Working with our System Designer, we shape a proposal around everything we heard. We then take you through each part of the system: what it is, what it does and how it benefits you.
Engineering
Once the proposal is approved, our CEDIA-trained engineers document exactly how the system will be built. Specifications are refined and installation estimates finalised.
Project management & coordination
Our qualified Project Managers run every job using our own project management framework, coordinating with architects, contractors and every other stakeholder from start to finish.
Installation & commissioning
Our installers work to CEDIA industry standards. Every system is tested and run against the functionality agreed during proposal development before it is signed off.
Handover
Your Designer walks you through the finished system and demonstrates each of the agreed functions, so you are confident using it from day one.
The Guardian Program
Our annual Guardian maintenance contracts keep your systems monitored after handover, with a fast response whenever something needs attention.
Guardian Program
Technology should keep performing long after installation. Guardian contracts give you scheduled monitoring and maintenance plus priority response from the team that built your system.
